Anticorps specifique de staphylococcus aureaus, et utilisations

Abstract

A monoclonal or polyclonal antibody specific for an epitope common to Staphylococcus aureus strains of various capsular serotypes, particularly meticillin-resistant strains, said antibody being selected from immunoglobulins G, M and A, and the use thereof in a reagent for detecting Staphylococcus aureus, are disclosed.
<P>Anticorps monoclonal ou polyclonal spécifique d'un épitope commun aux souches staphylococcus aureus de différents stéréotypes capsulaires, notamment des souches résistantes à la méticilline, ledit anticorps étant choisi parmi les immunoglobulines de type G, les immunoglobulines de type M, et les immunoglobulines de type A, et utilisation dans un réactif pour détecter les staphylococcus aureus.</P>
